About us
"Indalo Yethu," meaning "Our Creation," represents the essence of our pottery designs and their connection to South Africa's vibrant cultural heritage. Each piece reflects a story rooted in our country's rich history. Our mission goes beyond creating art; we strive to make a meaningful impact by generating employment opportunities and addressing homelessness in South Africa.
Thanks to the support of Bishops Diocesan College, we were able to establish this website to share our work and mission. Based in Langa at the cultural center, Guga S'thebe, we aim to bring African culture and color into homes everywhere through our pottery. With each piece, we celebrate South Africa’s heritage and hope to inspire a greater appreciation for its beauty and diversity.
Bishops Diocesan College
This initiative wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of three Bishops Diocesan College students: Brent Cowden, Kamran Naidoo, and Benjamin Redfern. Brent’s focus on economic growth, Kamran’s commitment to education, and Ben’s passion for social impact brought together a unique mix of skills and vision. Their teamwork and shared purpose transformed a simple idea into a powerful project that aims to uplift communities and create lasting change.
